Buddha and the criminal - Inspirational Story

Here's is an amazing story of Buddha, it is little long but teach you a lot however, I have tried to cover it in as much as short story.

Once upon a time, There was a man who was well known for his crimes and his sines, he have taken thousand of people's lives for his own benefit but after getting a lot of fortune(high amount of money), people have never respected him and afraid of him and he wasn't free to spend his money, time.

 

So, at last he decided to not do any sins and crime and be sanyasi(monk who is detached from outer world) therefore he goes to Buddha's cottage but he went there by jumping from back wall because he thought that people would recognize them and not let him to enter to the house and Buddha wasn't there because he go for begging.

But a disciple caught him so he tell him that I am not a thief I thought that you would not let me to come here because I was a criminal and sinner but now I want to change myself so, disciple brought him to Sariputra, who was a astrologer who can see past and future. Disciple told him check that how he was and he could be good person or not but Sariputra got scared and tell the disciple to get him out of here right now, he was a murderer of thousand of people there is no point that he would be a better person and disciple.

The man kick out from he really got hurt from that stuff, now he wanted to die and commit suicide so, he just started to hit his at stone wall but at that Buddha also had arrived from begging and he stop him, after he listen his story, he initiated him at his ashram(cottage) and after someday he admitted as Buddha's Disciple but everyone was shocked and Sariputra asked why you admit him, he had done thousand of murders and robs for his own sake.

At last Buddha replied: you just have seen his past but you didn't see or predict his future, he is now that has changed and want to move on from his past to live well with respect 

Moral of the story: Never judge anyone from past even a dumb person can one of greatest  wise person. people used to realized their mistakes or sins and learn and move on.
