Education system

I bet at least you have think once about the school's Education system is bad, do you know why because that school system transforming kids creativeness, interest, curiosity into darkness of system which subconsciously enforce them to prepare themselves for being someone's employ as getting homework like a project if you can't done that then you will get punishment like cutting of your salary; school used to teach you to be in control by crushing your own dream by feeding some unworthy knowledge of subject or topics they don't need in their life, generally most of schools used to give outdated knowledge that people don't need in their life.

Schools make an system where all kids go for marks or grades and compete with each other rather than learning or understanding something they just want marks; in this the person who got higher marks perceive or view as success of next generation but the one who don't, seems loser to them rather than grade system they should focus in the skills making and improvement of student.

School should also teach something which is important for life like financial literacy; financial literacy is something which is must to almost everyone whether it is doctor or businessman because with financial learning we learn to manage money and right way to use money; money is important to everyone not because you can do show off but because it give us freedom to go wherever we want to go and freedom to buy anything which is your need or your dream. 

 

It's not education that is bad but the system isn't that right, students should go to the field where they are passionate, not  by competing with each other but by improving their skills after all education is not a competition it is the knowledge that make individual enlightened in a particular thing.

 When Albert Einstein was a kid; he was also below average student just because he was studying something he is not interested or passionate as he got interested and passionate in physics, he had spend most of his time at learning about physics because he don't used study the theoretical way of school, he used to imagine the different theorem in physics and he don't care about grades, all he care is to learn and improve in physics.

Conclusion: Education is good if you do in a right way like you focus on learning and make your skills better not the competition and grades of yours; I know there is some courses which is hard which is needed to test your ability for that field but it does not mean you would focus on grades, all you need is to focus on learning or and  everything would be good on their own. It's skillful people who end up in top and have good relation with everyone, not competitor but schooling system makes it all worse.
